IP Turkey Breast

Ingredients :

1 turkey breast (5 to 6 lbs.

3 Tbsp. Butter Flavored olive 

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1  large onion 

3 stalks of celery

1 1/2 cups of Chicken broth or water in the pot.

 

Season turkey breast with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add 3 Tbsp. Butter, onions and Celery inside the Turkey.

Place on Tant Rack or Trivet. Add 1 1/2 cups of Chicken broth to the pot. Place Turkey on the Rack or trivet. Re-season, if desired. Set pot to manual or pressure cook and set pot for 27 minutes. Do a 15 minute NPR. Then release rest of pressure. Internal temp should reach 165 degrees.
