5 cups squash, sliced about 4 small to medium squash

1/4 cup Milk

1/2 cup melted Butter

2 Eggs

1/3 cup sweet onion

3 Tbsp granulated sugar

1 rounded cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 1/2 cups Ritz Crackers, crushed about 3/4 sleeve of ritz crusted.

Salt and pepper to taste



Place crackers in a food processor and pulse a few times add 1/4 cup melted butter and mix well.

Place crust in a 7"x3" push pan and press lightly. Preheat oven to 350 degs. Place crust in oven for 10 minutes.

Remove and let cool.

Add a layer of squash and cover with onion and cheese repeat this 3 Times.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Pour over the top.

Place trivet in pot and add 1 cup water, place casserole in pot.

Set pot on manual high pressure for 15 minutes and do a 10 minute NPR.

I put mine back in the oven  for a few minutes just to brown.
