1 14 oz. Package Smoked sausage, cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch pieces.
1 1/2 Lb. Large Shrimp
1 1/2 Lb. Small Red Potatoes
3 tri. Color Bell Peppers chopped into small pieces.
3 Ears of Corn, cut in quarters.
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Crab Boil
2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
1/2 Stick Butter melted
Pour 1 1/2 Cups water in the pot, add crab boil and add 1 Tbsp creole seasoning.
Place Sausage, potatoes,corn, garlic and peppers in the Basket. Add 1 Tbsp creole seasoning and give it a toss.
Set Pot on manual for 4 Minutes and do a QR.
Remove lid and Place Shrimp on top. Place lid back on and let it stand for 2 to 3 Minutes. (Shrimp should be pink.)
Remove and Place on a Platter pour butter over the top and you can also add a little more seasoning if desired.
