IP Ham with Sweet Potatoes


1  4 lb. Precooked Pork  Shoulder

1  16 oz. Can Sliced Pineapple 

1  Small jar Cherries

1/2 cup brown sugar 

4  Small Sweet potatoes 



Place ham on the rack you could use a trivet if you dont have my #TANTRACK. Cover with Brown Sugar. Place Pineapple Slices and Cherries on ham with toothpicks. 

Place Sweet potatoes around ham. Take a fork and place holes in the potato this will let them cook faster.

Save the Pineapple juice for your liquid.

Add 1 cup of Pineapple juice to the pot. Add water if not enough.

Set pot to Manual or Pressure cook. For 20 minutes.

Do a 10 minute  NPR.

Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
