I've always been a fan of Frog legs, course we always fried them. But I Think its more fun to get out with the guys and go gigging, just being out with my boys and having fun sometime we get them and sometime not, but we always had fun. So when i started cooking in the Instant pot a few years back, I said man I've got to try this. Just put them in the pot for a few minuets and put the barbecue sauce and some hot sauce to them and that was it, I think they are better than fried. 

 Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. Frog Legs
  • 1 Bottle Jack Daniels Barbecue sauce
  • Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Cup Water

Directions:

Place Frog Legs on a Rack or a Steamer Basket and add 1 cup Water to the Pot. Place legs in Pot and set on Manual High Pressure for 3 Minutes and do a 10 Min. NPR . Remove from Pot and cover with sauces.
