Instant Pot Turkey Breast

Ingredients :

1 turkey breast (5 to 6 lbs.)

3 Tbsp. Butter Flavored olive oil.

1 1/2 cups of Chicken broth.

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

2 oz. Hot sause



Coat Turkey With Butter Flavored olive oil.

Season turkey breast with salt and freshly ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.

Inject 2 oz. Of hot sauce to the Turkey.

Set Pot to saute on medium.

Wait until the pot goes to hot.

Add 3 Tbsp. Butter Flavored olive oil and place turkey breast in pot, skin side down. Turn occasionally for 10 minutes, browning all sides.

Remove turkey breast to a platter and add trivet to the pot or the Tant Rack. Add 1 1/2 cups of Chicken broth to the pot. Place turkey breast on the Rack or trivet. Re-season, if desired.

Set pot to manual or pressure cook and set pot for 30 minutes. Do a 15 minute NPR. Then release rest of pressure. Internal temp should reach 165 degrees.
